Things You Need to Know

In today’s  shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Shipping and Delivery

 $5 dollar shipping applied for 1 package. Free shipping for 2 packages and up!

(we are able to place up two units in a shipping package) 

Orders will be shipped using USPS, please allow 5-7 business days for your delivery. Note that orders may arrive sooner than the delivery range (indicated above), but please allow full range for packages. 

Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include processing and handling times.

Our Return Policy

Return Policy

All sales are final after a 48 hours of receiving your product. If you don’t like a coffee we’ve sent you, no sweat at all. From the day you receive your coffee, you have 48 hours to let us know if you are unsatisfied with your coffee. If you didn’t enjoy it, send back the undesired product in its original packaging and we’ll ship you another coffee of your choice! 

Cancellation/Changes to Order

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us directly @ Tell us your name, the order, which items, and the reason for the change. Once we are informed and our company has become aware of an error, we will work to resolve it within 72 hours.
