Looking for a coffee with a distinctly unique taste? This microlot Costa-Rican is sure to fit the bill. A variation on the Costa Rican honey process has been implemented heat treating the beans with the coffee cherry pulp on for 72 hours before washing them embedding the sugars into the bean. Roasted dark to balance the flavors, notes of citrus and floral are present. This coffee is excellent in French Press, Drip pot, Pour over, and Percolator brewing applications.
